As part of our pivotal objective to improve the progress of every child's learning, students are expected to have their own personal choice of instrument, as well as the complete resource materials relating to that instrument (textbooks, notebooks, music manuscript, etc.).

Parent / Guardian Undertaking

To ensure parents' and guardians' commitment to their child's musical education and advancement with us at CYM Music.

I, the undersigned, a parent/guardian to the enrolled student, hereby state as follows:

I shall commit to my child's attendance, ensuring regular lessons at the centre with attendance not less than 85%.
I will bring my child punctually to lessons at the stipulated time, and be available early for pick-up afterwards.
I will ensure my child completes take-home assignments and spends quality time on self-improvement with their instrument and music drills.
I will purchase the required musical instrument for learning, and make it available for lessons at the centre.
I will purchase all required musical materials, including textbooks, notebooks and music manuscript, for learning enhancement.
I will commit to paying tuition fees at the stipulated time, as failure to do so may not permit attendance to class.
